The menu at Bistro's is a delectable selection of long time favorites updated in truly decadent Club Lespri fashion. A few highlights include the Osso Bucco Benedict, a hand carved corned brisket Reuben and our chef's own take on French Toast.

- Tender medallions of prime filet with béarnaise on grilled Italian pane

Osso Buco

- Slow roasted veal shank braised in demi-glace and vegetable broth with béarnaise on grilled Italian pane

Crab Cake

- New Zealand crab cake with dill hollandaise

Florentine

- Garlic sautéed spinach with roasted tomato hollandaise on grilled Italian pane


New Twists On Old Favorites

Egg White Frittata

- Egg whites topped with oven roasted roma tomatoes and sauteed spinach, finished with creamy swiss cheese

Bistro Breakfast

- Two eggs any style with choice of ham, bacon or sausage and a side of toast

Oatmeal

- Steel-cut, Irish style oatmeal stirred with fresh berries, rasins and a touch of brown sugar

French Toast

- 3 cheese stuffed bread with bananas, peaches and candied pecans topped with honey butter, powdered sugar, berry compote, maple syrup and fresh berries

Bistro Potatoes

- Golden-brown yukon gold potatoes, tossed with herbs in extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with asiago cheese and finished with oven-roasted tomato and horseradish cream sauce

Mac & Cheese

- Roseli macaroni pasta with melted dry-aged cheddar cheese in heavy cream

Berry Parfait

- strawberries, raspberries & blueberries suspended in créme anglaise

Beignets

- Cellars' world famous after meal excess, "the Big Easy ain't got nothin' on the Club"

Reuben

- Hand-carved corned brisket, with green cabbage in specialty sauce, finished with swiss cheese on marbled rye

Grilled Cheese

- Cheddar, swiss & provolone, with apple smoked bacon and sliced tomatoes on toasted sourdough

Roasted Chicken

- Oven-roasted tender chicken breast, with grilled spring vegetables, goat cheese, and garlic aioli on sourdough

Fire Roasted Veggie

- Portobello mushroom, roasted peppers & garden veggies, with fresh mozzarella and pan fried provolone, finished with pesto and garlic aioli on a foccacia bun

Raspberry Greens

- Baby mixed greens, garnished with fresh raspberries, candied pecans, chevre and raspberry vinaigrette

Caesar Salad

- Crisp romaine and romano, tossed with cellars homemade caesar dressing and herb croutons

House Chopped

- Iceberg lettuce, eggs, ham, bacon, cheddar, tomatoes, green onions, avocado, cucumbers with cellars ranch dressing
